- Conduct a “yes” and “no” analysis of the role of electronic surveillance in 4th Amendment jurisprudence. Listen to the following NPR program: 1.- Debate: Does Mass Phone Data Collection Violate The 4th Amendment? (Approximately 50 minutes). First, articulate, in your own words, what you believe to be the strongest argument in favor of the debate question (the “yes” perspective), and what you believe to be the weakest argument against the debate question (the “no” perspective).
